Giving Feedback takes minutes, but the impact can last a lifetime
Your voice helps us to influence the planning of health and social care services in our local area for local people. That’s why we actively encourage and welcome your feedback.

We will summarise your feedback and provide it to the organisations that deliver our health and social care services in Lincolnshire. This will help them encourage and reward good practice, as well as identify and rectify any problems you may encounter.
There is no limit to the amount of services you can review and if you use a service on more than one occasion you can leave feedback each time you visit.
We will ask you for a little information about yourself when you leave a review, but you can leave a review anonymously.
Tell us when thing are going well and when things are not so we can do something about it.
