Provider network meetings
In December we held another round of provider network meetings across the county. Once again attendance was good with a wide range of health and social care providers having the opportunity to join in discussions about issues affecting their areas of work. Further details to these meetings can be found in the links below.
Presentations were given by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust on their governors and membership as well as Lincolnshire County Council Public Health who talked about the national ‘One You’ campaign which is aimed at 40 – 60 year olds and focuses on 7 key areas of healthy lifestyles. More information can be found on www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/oneyou.
The next provider network meetings are scheduled to take place later this year, during April, where we will be visiting the towns of Spalding, Grantham, Skegness and Gainsborough. Provider Network Meetings
Provider network meetings are held across the county in each Clinical Commissioning Group area every quarter. These meetings are ideal opportunities for representatives from community and voluntary groups to come together with providers and commissioners of health and social care services with both bringing to the table local issues and updates. An action log is generated from each meeting with a summary of what was talked about which is then made public.
If you represent a community group or work in a health or social care setting and would like to attend, please make contact with Mark on 01205 820892 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to find out when your next area meeting is.
