Return to Feedback

Dreadful that the walk in centre is closing- should be kept .
Used a lot for children when younger. It is an in-between service before going to the hospital services. Big loss.

5/5

Sad and huge loss walk in centre is closing, used for little boy as needed on a weekend.

5/5

Free parking would be useful. No complaints good service.

5/5

It is not a good idea to close it. Heard on tv that it was closing despite feedback from the consultation. Don't see how can create more appointments. The GPs are already good and can't cope, Will be pushing GP into doing more hours. The walk in centre is a good alternative service and useful. Saves pressures on A+E Will create more pressure and we need to take pressure off A+E for those who use it and who really need it.

5/5

Think ludicrous that closing it down used a few times in emergency situations. Don't know where I would have been without it - would have gone to A+E. Hope you keep the walk in centre open. Feel consultation was lip service.

5/5

Friendly staff, nurse was respectful and checked what she needed to and explained problem.
Offered free chlamydia test to young people at the time which is a good idea - didn't take long!
Waiitng time as expected for a walk in centre and area was clean.

5/5

Used only once. But for populus of Lincs al GP's and hospital working their socks off. Will load up these services. OOH and GP's cannot see more people. Not a good move. Went at a weekend and they were 1st rate at walk in centre.

5/5

Friendly efficient service, great alternative to waiting for GP appointment.

Have used for my 2 daughters who are in Uni. Students can\'t always register at nearby Gp as they are full. So go to walk in centre find also that you get results back quicker by using the W/C. As it is OOH service Often if 3pm in afternoon, it is only place you can go. All GP appointments are taken by then.

4/5

Husband used the walk in centre and dealt with quickly. Used over years.
Good service if not sure and feel shouldn't go to A+E. Also used on a Sunday when other services not available
