I have only used the GP a little but my treatment was very good and I was given good help, medication, so I am very pleased.

5/5

Very good, no problems, they look after me very well. Over 70's get preferential appointment and can see nurse the same day. She will refer to the doctor if needed. Can have a laugh with the staff.

Really no complaints. Seen professionally, helpfully and I can always talk to my Dr. They always seem to listen, not try to get rid of you

Very happy with service received. Waiting room clean and tidy, appointment was on time. Doctor was very friendly and polite and alleviated any fears I had about the condition I went about.

Apart from regular trips to surgery for warfarin check ups, fortunately I have no serious health problems. My late husband had lung cancer and he had excellent care from doctors and nurses from the surgery.
I also have my prescription delivered to my home regularly, which is a big help after having a knee replacement operation that has left me unable to drive my car due to complications after the operation.

Why complain if all ok?

Overall my mum and dad\'s care is good, the surgery has good contact with them. They are both in their late 80\'s

Reception a little shabby

4/5

Awful job to get appointments, but last year when I was extremely poorly they looked after me marvelously, so they are taking good care of the really ill people.

4/5

On the whole i am happy with my GP practice. I am nearly 91 years old and feel i should have a regular visit to check on the many things that bother older people, its never just one thing.

4/5

Can\'t see own doctor for four weeks

4/5

The 4 star ratings reflect the dealing with the amount of patients that pass through the surgery and the overall difficulty.
I have no problems at all with the health service, much of what they do goes unoticed and i applaud them during these difficult times and would like to see better treatment for all NHS staff so that in turn we the patients will continue to receive5 star treatment.

4/5

Brilliant NHS nationally. NHS dentist. I have to go private as I can\'t get into NHS dentist

Munro treat my family and I with respect. We can always see someone when needed, which is great for a large family

4/5

Overall very good and professional.

Nurse Julie is very good
(This was the only entry on the survey sheet)

3/5

Apart from the stereotypical rude receptionist awaiting me when i arrived and the appalling car park the care i received was excellent and on the way out a different receptionist was much nicer :)

3/5

Triage. Its a joke, you never get to see a doctor, but nurses are amazing. The ratings of (5) are for the nurses. Have not seen GP for 18 months. Waiting time over 40 minutes. Plastic chairs not very comfortable.

3/5

Not always able to make a GP appointment but no problem seeing a nurse - especially with the children. Generally satisfied

Very rare bother going to surgery despite having a dibilitating condition that will stay with me for rest of my life - WHY? - because I always come away in tears feeling worse than when I went in and not valued or understood. Surgery is rubbish. Odd member of staff that treats you with respect and u derstanding - but they usually leave.
