Whilst attending GP appt was asked about the 'flu' jab. GP gave me it during this appt to save me having to book another appt which was great for me.

Surgery staff have always been very polite and fortunately my needs from the surgery have been for very mild concerns. Team here have always looked after me, very warm and welcoming. Medical concerns dealt with professionally

Tasburgh Lodge Surgery, Victoria Ave, Woodhall Spa offers their patients a very professional but very caring service.Over the last 4 or 5 years they have made many changes which have updated the surgery to a high standard of service to me and can't help but believe to other patients

I see Dr and his wife at Surgery. They look after me very well and take time to explain what is going on with my treatment. Feel very comfortable with them and feel that they look after me very well. Recently I have been referred to other services and Dr took time to explain to me what would happen, got me in quickly and booked appts using the computer. All letters were printed off for my records and he answered any questions that I had as I was wondering about the procedure on my eyes. A lovely doctor. Feel really lucky that he and his wife look after me so well. Nothing seems too much trouble for him.

Under care of Dr well looked after supports and explains everything so that I understand. Recently had a tablet changed and this in addition to blister pack made sure I understood fully what and when I needed to take them. Takes time to talk to me as an individual and does not rush through appointment. A very good service offered to me as a 70+ yr old. all staff friendly and helpful.Taking time especially with an older patient who some times gets confused. Pharmacy next to surgery very helpful and when meds are changed take time to make sure I understand before I Leave

Very disinterested. (Service described at top of form states Peter Holmes, Dr West Street.

Most of the time too hard to get an appointment.

You cant get appointments easily and when you do have one you are usually 40mins after your appointment time due to a packed waiting room! The staff are great and do the best they can but the amount of people going to that surgery is silly.
