Spot on - have helped me out.
Tell you what's the matter - straight to the point - and I like this approach. Good at explaining treatment.

5/5

Pleased with surgery, happy with service, very good, been here for 2 years.

5/5

No complaints about the GPs. Regular blood tests and send for me if anything to discuss. Wish everyone was as satisfied as us, people don't realise how lucky we are.
Extremely good, have a laugh, friendly and good humoured.
Once used to be terrified of doctors, but not here, humour is helpful and useful for me during visits.

Treated with dignity and respect and fully explained what action was being taken and why.
Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor for more minor problems. Triage system works very well for more serious problems however.

Waits are not long

5/5

Find very good - bend over backwards to help - very pleased with that. Nurse explained timeline for NHS treatment so because of problem and length of time to wait, went to Bostonian.

5/5

Get on fine although don't like coming, but alright when get here, they are good to me.
Doctor speaks to you not at you, they are great at explaining treatment.

I took an elderly friend to the surgery today. She has considerable mobility problems but complains little. When I asked to make a further appointment, the receptionist noticed her difficulties in walking and asked us to wait while she spoke with the duty doctor, rather than have to make another visit. Dr Howarth was the duty doctor who agreed to see her immediately and was extremely thorough and gently with a vulnerable patient. He carefully explained what treatment he proposed and made sure that she understood and agreed. He also made another appointment to follow up on treatment. My friend was treated with courtesy and dignity. She finds that she is often treated as half witted because of other health issues but her mind is as sharp as ever. How refreshing to find a surgery where she was shown consideration and care. She has spent all of her life caring for others and it is so pleasant to see that the concern and care she always expressed for her patients now being shown to her. Well done!

Superb staff at all levels, very individual treatment and very caring. VERY difficult to get scheduled appointments BUT will always see you if urgent.

If really ill can get to talk to GP straight away and then can come and see GP in surgery if they it is necessary.
I live in outlying area and I like that they deliver medication and that can order prescriptions on line.

Been coming here for 33 years - been very good to me. Doctors, nurses, receptionist explain everything really well.

No problems at all, all very helpful

Incredibly genuine contact from GPs who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best care is provided.

All round excellent service, very well done.

Managed to get an emergency appointment with a doctor at very short notice yesterday morning
5th April. Given ample time for a positive dialogue concerning my current health issues for which I am very grateful.

My husband and I have only been with this surgery a few months but so far the care and attention we have received has been faultless. Very efficient team as a whole. Also waiting times for appointments have not been long.

5/5

Difficult to know how to rate because variable. Depends on service looking for - number of weeks delay for special doctor is poor.
Under difficult circumstances they do well in terms of cut back etc.

4/5

Very reliable service, always have appointments when needed

4/5

Not impressed with the three weeks wait for an appointment but generally are satisfied with the service and the GP,s. A well run practice.

4/5

The waiting time for appointment is 2-3 weeks. we need another surgery in spilsby and same with dentists

4/5

Young Child has a lot of trouble with her muscles and bones doctors could not do enough to help with tests etc.

4/5

I support people with learning disabilities who access the surgery and it's services regularly. Clients are well accommodated and receive high quality of support from the practice.

4/5

Always accomadating whether needed urgently or not

Persons should be aware that the footcare practitioner working at this surgery is NOT a chiropodist but a practitioner who is not Regulated. Healthwatch Lincolnshire has checked with the Practice Manager at this surgery who has confirmed that the footcare practitioner is qualified.

4/5

Getting an appointment is a big problem

4/5

Service is just the normal. Just tell me what decisions are, explain treatment well.
