Nurse specialist Sue Cilia was very helpful. She listened to my problem and applied an agreed outcome. She also received information on a connected matter in a very positive manner. I have only been with Vine street for one year after 30 years with Ancaster and Caythorpe 5/5 |

I was diagnosed with dementia and my doctor explained all the symptoms and what to expect in the future, very friendly surgery. The NHS has a massive task- we are looking at dira times but the people on the ground do a marvelous job 5/5 |

Very happy with surgery. Could be difficult if you have to go upstairs to see doctor as no lift - but patients can request to be seen downstairs 5/5 |

Waiting times can be long. Appointments can be difficult to receive for emergencies - making me have to leave work. Surgery not always accessible when bringing daughter in pushchair. 4/5 |

Have been patients of the surgery since birth, so all my family come here. The staff are always helpful and we have got to know a few of them well. Other than a few long waits as there are sometimes delays in seeing a doctor, I would recommend this surgery 4/5 |
