YourVoice@HWL (public and provider network meeting)

Healthwatch Lincolnshire are currently doing a project around the Stroke Service. Have you or someone you know been affected by STROKE?  Do you want an opportunity to raise any concerns or issues about the service currently provided and help shape the future of the service for residents of Lincolnshire?

YourVoice@HWL is a public event and is open to both health and care professionals as well as residents of Lincolnshire.  Come and ask questions of our Panel on the day and talk with a variety of service providers including community groups supporting people living with a stroke.  There will be a market place where service providers and community groups will be available for you to have an informal chat.

In addition, you may be aware that in January 2019, NHS England released their NHS Long Term Plan, which sets out what the Government wants to achieve for our health care nationally and locally over the next 10 years.  Healthwatch Lincolnshire want to hear about what your local NHS and care services can do to help you and your community to stay well and to make the support available better.  There will be a short presentation about the Long Term Plan by Healthwatch Lincolnshire to help you understand what this means for Lincolnshire.
