Social Change UK are working with Active Lincolnshire to conduct research to understand what activities residents in Lincolnshire do on a day-to-day basis, the opportunities they have to be active and what factors motivate [or stop] them being active.

As a part of this research, they are running a Residents Survey.

This survey should take around 10 – 15 minutes to complete and all information collected will be stored securely and kept confidential.
