A bumper year in research at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) saw more than a thousand people take part in research at the Trust’s sites across Lincolnshire during 2018/19.

At Healthwatch Lincolnshire we couldn’t help to make improvements in local health and care services without the support of our dedicated volunteers that work with us to help make care better for their communities.

In the spring of 2018, BBC Look North approached Healthwatch Lincolnshire with concerns about a patient that had been removed from a GP Practice under the 8 day removal process, without what they [the patient] felt was acceptable notice.

Finding the right care or support can be worrying and stressful. There are a number of organisations that can provide help, but people don’t know where to look. Last year we helped 1,933 people access the advice and information they need.
