Help shape a new support resource for cancer carers

HWLincs is inviting carers to share their experiences by taking part in a new survey focused on information and support for people affected by cancer.

This project is funded through the Cancer Related Health Inequalities Grant, coordinated by LVET, and aims to support:

  • Carers who are caring for someone living with or beyond cancer
  • Carers who have cancer themselves

We are working with carers to co-produce a new resource that provides clear, practical and timely information to help people navigate caring alongside cancer.

TAKE THE SURVEY

The survey is a vital part of this process. By taking part, carers can help us understand:

  • What information and support carers currently receive
  • Which information has been most helpful
  • How information could be improved, including the content, format, timing, or how it is shared

What carers tell us will directly shape the resource, helping to ensure it reflects real experiences and meets carers’ needs.

The survey also offers participants the option to be more involved in the project, should they wish.

All responses are anonymous, and personal information is never included in our reports. You can read our privacy notice on our website.

If you are a carer affected by cancer, or support carers in your work or community, we encourage you to take part or share the survey with others.
