In the spring of 2018, BBC Look North approached Healthwatch Lincolnshire with concerns about a patient that had been removed from a GP Practice under the 8 day removal process, without what they [the patient] felt was acceptable notice.

Finding the right care or support can be worrying and stressful. There are a number of organisations that can provide help, but people don’t know where to look. Last year we helped 1,933 people access the advice and information they need.

More than 50,000 people have taken charge of their own care after being handed control of how their NHS funding is spent.

NHS England has recruited 300 more family doctors and thousands more nurses, pharmacists and other staff to work alongside GPs, delivering better care in the community.
